At the heart of New Tempe Airport, situated in the Western suburb of Groenvlei, just outside of Bloemfontein, you will find the perfect airport accommodation at Tempe Aviators Lodge. With 6 single rooms, 6 twin rooms and 3 double cabins – Tempe Aviators Lodge can accommodate a total pax of up to 24 people. Making it the perfect stay over for student pilots in training, the seasonal stop over client (waiting for that freshly finished MPI) or even big corporate groups and/or families passing through.

All rooms and cabins come standard with ceiling fan, bedding and towels, a fridge, kettle, coffee mugs and glasses. Three rooms are specially equipped with a study desk and comfortable chair, for Student Pilots in training, for which we also offer a long-stay rental option, laundry service & room service from one of the Best of Bloem favourites, Airborne Café FATP.

Should you wish for a little bit more comfort, privacy and space, our cabins will perfectly suite your needs. With an extra kitchenette, private braai area and private parking, you can make your stay as comfortable and convenient as it gets.

For your enjoyment, the Lodge is also equipped with a beautiful lounge area, with an airconditioned dining area, lounge, flat screen tv with DSTV, a dartboard and games and free Wi-Fi, in all areas.

The Lodge have gated parking available for clients and all sorts of immunity’s close by, such as SRM Fuel, Airborne Café FATP, Bloemfontein Parachute Club, Bloemfontein Flying Club, BORC, Eagle Flight Academy and Ferreira Aviation, to name a few, all on the Tempe Airport premises.
